About Me
From a child, I was fascinated by science. I was always outside observing blades of grass, sticks, weeds, and garden vegetable plants. I enjoyed the outdoors like none of my friends. I would play in 'the woods' for hours upon hours. I'd lay on the ground and watch the clouds float across the sky above me. My grandparent's garden was my paradise. I just could not get enough of life sciences.
Summer was absolutely the highlight of my life when I could observe these sciences. But as I got older, I was taught that these fascinating creatures of life were not created by God, but rather evolved from an 'organic soup' in the ocean a couple billion years ago.
Around that time my parents started going to Church. I went to church but church did not mean much to me at the time. After going to church for a year, I finally understood salvation and received Jesus Christ as my Saviour when I was 11 years old. This was a milestone in my life.
I started to read Genesis at that time. I learned that the earth was created in 6 days, and that plants and animals were created in the same week. How could that be? If this is true, then Evolution cannot be true. I continued to take adanced science classes and thought evolution had so much evidence for the theory that I started to loose my faith in God's Word.
